what is epro?
We offer the best of the best when it comes to storm shelters. Almost all of our below ground storm shelters now include Epro at no additional cost.
Epro is a water resistant coating that is applied to the bottoms of our precast storm shelters to provide an extra layer of protection against moisture. The coating is applied like paint, and when it dries, it forms a rubber-like barrier between the storm shelter and the ground. This barrier helps to prevent water from seeping into the shelter, keeping the interior dry and protected during heavy rainfall or flooding.
Epro is a high-quality, durable coating that is designed to withstand the harsh conditions of underground environments, and it is now included at no additional cost with most of our below ground storm shelters.
