Thank You For Signing Your Contract!

We’re excited to help you take the next step in protecting your family. Please review the information below so your installation day goes as smoothly as possible and bookmark this page for reference.

Preparing for your storm shelter installation

  • Clear the installation area: please remove any fences, trees, obstacles or debris from the installation area and path leading to it to ensure a smooth installation.
  • If we are crossing property that belongs to a neighbor, please make sure you have permission ahead of time.

UTILITY LOCATES

  • About a week before your scheduled installation, we’ll submit your OKIE 811 utility locate request.
You’ll likely see several different locators come through, depending on your area—each utility (gas, electric, water, phone, internet, etc.) has its own crew.
    Please remember:

    • OKIE only marks public utility lines.

    • Private lines (such as septic, propane, sprinkler, or well lines) are your responsibility to locate or mark.

If you’re unsure how to handle private lines, let us know—we can help point you in the right direction.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Payment is due in full at the time of installation. We accept cash, check, cashier's checks and debit or credit cards.
There’s a 4% convenience fee on all debit/credit card payments.
