TUTTLE, OK — We still remember the moment we opened the envelope in 2016 that changed everything.
We were officially nominated as a Top 5 Storm Shelter Company in Oklahoma in The Oklahoman Readers’ Choice Awards—a huge honor decided entirely by readers across the state. That first year, we were flattered, surprised, and beyond grateful.
Over the next five years, we were nominated again and again by our amazing customers, friends, and supporters—earning a Top 5 spot five years in a row from 2016 to 2020.

Each year, thousands of Oklahoman readers nominate and vote for their favorite businesses, restaurants, and service providers across dozens of categories. The program shines a spotlight on the best of the best, and we were proud to be included in the storm shelter category until it was retired in 2021.

Although the Storm Shelter Company category was discontinued after 2020, we’re still honored to have been nominated five years running. Every customer review, referral, and vote has helped us grow into Oklahoma’s highest-rated storm shelter installer—and we’ll never stop being grateful.
