How to Share Your Exact Location Using Apple or Google Maps

With so many new homes being built and rural properties popping up, it’s getting harder and harder to find some locations on a map. Even if you’ve given us your address, sometimes that’s not enough—especially if your home is in a brand-new development or in a rural area where maps aren’t always accurate.

We ask all customers to send us a link to their exact location to make sure:

  • We send utility locators to the right spot

  • Our delivery drivers can find your property without delays or confusion

  • Your storm shelter installation goes as smoothly as possible

Luckily, sharing your location is easy—and you don’t have to be tech-savvy to do it! Below are simple step-by-step instructions for Apple Maps (iPhones and iPads) and Google Maps (any phone or computer).

Quick shoutout to Creek Bottom Burgers in Newcastle!
I made these tutorials at their restaurant—with their permission—instead of my home office. Big thanks to them for letting me work from such a tasty and friendly spot!

Not Sure Which One You’re Using?

  • If you have an iPhone and don’t use Google Maps, you’re probably using Apple Maps.

  • If you’ve downloaded the Google Maps app (or you’re using a computer), follow the Google Maps instructions.

Why It Matters

Sending us your location helps us do our job right the first time.
It may seem like a small step, but it makes a big difference—especially in:

  • Brand-new neighborhoods where maps aren’t updated yet

  • Rural areas where GPS often drops off

  • Wide open land with no address markers

If you ever need help figuring it out, just give us a call or shoot us a text—we’ll walk you through it.

We appreciate your help making the process smoother for everyone!

Installation & Service Area Info

We proudly install storm shelters across Oklahoma only — we do not travel to other states, and we’re unable to make exceptions — but there are a few things to know:

  • Above ground shelter installations over 60 miles from our office in Bridge Creek may include a delivery charge.

  • Below ground shelter installations are typically limited to a 60-mile radius, though we occasionally go a bit farther with an additional fee.

  • We do not install or remove storm shelters inside garages.

➡️ Please check our Service Area page for more details about where we travel.
