With so many new homes being built and rural properties popping up, it’s getting harder and harder to find some locations on a map. Even if you’ve given us your address, sometimes that’s not enough—especially if your home is in a brand-new development or in a rural area where maps aren’t always accurate.
We ask all customers to send us a link to their exact location to make sure:
-
We send utility locators to the right spot
-
Our delivery drivers can find your property without delays or confusion
-
Your storm shelter installation goes as smoothly as possible
Luckily, sharing your location is easy—and you don’t have to be tech-savvy to do it! Below are simple step-by-step instructions for Apple Maps (iPhones and iPads) and Google Maps (any phone or computer).

Why It Matters
Sending us your location helps us do our job right the first time.
It may seem like a small step, but it makes a big difference—especially in:
-
Brand-new neighborhoods where maps aren’t updated yet
-
Rural areas where GPS often drops off
-
Wide open land with no address markers
If you ever need help figuring it out, just give us a call or shoot us a text—we’ll walk you through it.
