4 things we love about the easy access storm shelter
Have you heard about our Easy Access Storm Shelter?
It’s one of our favorites.
This is THE Original Easy Access design. Many companies have tried to duplicate it, but they just aren’t quite the same.
Our Easy Access storm shelter is perfect for all families who want a safe place underground…but especially perfect for those with physical limitations, kids and pets.
Oklahomans love this storm shelter, we love this storm shelter and our customers love this storm shelter.
In this post, I’m going to share 4 features we absolutely love about the easy access storm shelter.
1. the door is taller
The Easy Access Storm Shelter door is 8″ taller than our regular slope front storm shelter, so the taller door makes it easier to get in and out of…hence the name.
Door bonus: It’s powder coated to prevent rusting! (see reason number 4)
2. the bigger stairs make access a breeze
Our Easy Entry Storm Shelter has six steps that are 4″ wider than the steps on the regular slope front shelter, making it more of a “staircase” to walk down.
The extra space behind the stairs make a great place to store chairs, flashlights, water jugs and other necessities you may need during severe weather.
3. it's affordable
This storm shelter is only $4450 installed. We don’t add tax and “installation fees” and no deposit is required to get on our schedule.
Prices subject to change at any time without notice. Please check our product page for the most up to date pricing.
4. it has stamped concrete + powder coated doors & steps
A stamped rock pattern on the concrete is a standard feature on this storm shelter. In addition, powder coated doors & steps give this storm shelter a nice finishing touch and prevent rusting.
Conclusion
In conclusion, all storm shelters sold and installed by Sprague's Backhoe meet and EXCEED FEMA 320 and ICC 500 guidelines and weigh at least 4,000 pounds more than our competitors, depending on the model you choose.
