what makes us different
Can you think of a company that you’ve done business with that stands out?
If you have researched storm shelters, septic systems or backhoe services in Oklahoma, you may have seen our name pop up a time or two. Google, Facebook, and Instagram are where we hang out the most.
What makes us different than everyone else? Why have our customers chosen us instead of another company? There are tons of reasons, but we’ve narrowed it down to 7 for this post.
1. we take time to talk to our customers
We don’t tell you what we think you want to hear, we listen and help you find a solution. We offer suggestions and give you choices. We aren’t pushy salespeople, we are here to help.
2. We are honest and dependable
We are up front and honest about what we are going to do and how much we are going to charge to do it. We show up when we say we are going to and in the rare case that our schedule changes, we call.
We are in this business because we WANT to be…not because we HAVE to be.
3. we give you options
Above ground. Below ground. Here. There. Front yard. Back yard. Outside. Garage (new construction only.) Monday. Thursday. This month. Next month. This way. That way.
4. we take pride in our work
We pay attention to detail. We prefer quality over quantity. We don’t cut corners. We clean up messes (we try hard not to make any at all, but it’s hard to avoid with a 70,000 pound truck and heavy equipment.) We take pride in what we do, every single time. We love what we do and work hard so you feel the same way. Visit us on Facebook to see our most recently completed installations and projects.
5. we don't require a deposit
In this business, we hear “We paid them before the work was completed and can’t get a hold of them” more than you’d believe. You’ve seen it on the news. You’ve seen it online. It’s all over Facebook.
What if you put down a deposit, then something comes up and you need to back out? What if you have second thoughts about the company that you gave a $500 non-refundable deposit to? What if you pay them and they don’t show up?
You do NOT need to put a deposit down to secure a place on our schedule. We don’t accept money until the job is completed. Period.
6. we make everything easy
Our storm shelter prices are all listed on our website so you can see how much it’s going to cost before you call us.
(Septic systems & backhoe services are priced on a per job basis. All prices are discussed and agreed upon between Sprague’s Backhoe and the customer(s) before the job starts. Payment is due upon completion.)
We take care of calling Okie811 to locate your utility lines (Okie doesn’t locate private lines, such as septic & well.) All locate tickets will be completed the week before your job begins.
If you have a rebate or a grant, we handle all of the paperwork for you.
We e-mail you necessary paperwork before your job so you have time to look over everything and ask questions.
We make ourselves available via e-mail, phone/text and Facebook to answer any questions you have.
7. we do jobs that nobody else can
Jack happens to be one of the best backhoe operators around. I’m not just saying that because I have to. He’s done some pretty impressive jobs in some crazy tight spaces and made it look easy. We do jobs that other companies say can’t be done and we do them well.
Customer Service That Can't Be Beaten
We have worked hard since the day we opened Sprague's Backhoe to build relationships with our customers and an awesome reputation. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. It’s what we do.
